This is our second week in the pools. Unfortunately we still have a large number of children not bringing their swimming togs. The pools are 22℃!

The Water temperature was 20℃ in the big pool and and a few degree warmer in the small pool today. Team 3 is planning to go swimming from now on.

 Team 4 presented their idioms at assembly.

 Mrs Butcher handed out the certificates.

Syndicate 2 Inquiry

For the Term 4 Inquiry all Syndicate 2 students, that is Team 3 and Team 4, are working together. In groups the students are creating a product, and advertising to go with it, for export.

Pets Day

Wow, what a day! We first made our sand landscapes. Then we had morning tea and went down to the domain and played games whilst the judges looked at our artwork and picked out the winners. After this it was time for lunch where we got time to go around the classes and look at all the amazing creations others had made. Last of all was the grand parade. The winners were announced and we got to see some pets. It was a great but tiring day :)

Pets Day Tomorrow!

Just a friendly reminder that Pets Day is TOMORROW!

Please remember to bring:
- Your choice item from home and take it to the correct room first thing in the morning.
- A tray to make your landscape art in.
- Any flowers, sticks, leaves or other natural materials you wish to include in your landscape tray.
- Your pet if your are bringing one.
- Your sunhat.

Landscape trays will be made at school in the morning. All you have to do is bring along the materials you want to include in it.

Supporting our house!

Yesterday the students from year 5-8 had their athletic sports. We decided to go out and support our houses in the house relay. It was great supporting and enjoying the sun!
